The Concept
A modern mexican “changarro” especializing in tacos. Inspired by little markets and street food from Mexico City. Bien Trucha features simple colors yet decorated with colorful paper ‘mache” paintings. The small architectural space creates a cozy and urban like feeling in the suburbs.

The Food
The menu is presented in sections, from lightest to heaviest. All dishes are meant to share to optimize the experience. All ingredients are fresh and prepared on a daily basis. Every taco or torta is made to order with its own salsa. (So, no especial requests will be honored unless there is an allergy.)

The Drinks
A tequila-bar that features a great selection from silver to aged, served along with homemade sangrita. Our great selection of margaritas are crafted with fresh fruits; meticulously muddled and mixed to perfection.

General Info
Bien Trucha does not accept reservations, but seats in the order of our guest party completion and arrival.

Additional Information
No burritos or chimichangas. No Budweiser or Miller Lite. Cell-phones are allowed without disturbing the ambiance. Casual attire is required. No pijamas or cycling clothes please.  Modifications or changes to menu are politely declined.
