Inspired by the exquisite and vastly diverse food that our culinary team grew up experiencing at street stands and local markets around Mexico, Bien Trucha's ever evolving menu pairs seasonal locally-sourced ingredients with Mexican recipes and cooking techniques to create a unique menu.

Our signature hand shaken cocktails use only fresh, seasonal ingredients, and our bar program offers one of the top selections of tequilas, mezcals and agave-based spirits in the Midwest, as well as a rotating selection of local craft and Mexican beers.
